Candidate Requirements:
Nationality: Dutch candidate residing in Bali OR Indonesian residing in Bali.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Creative Media, Filmmaking, or equivalent real-world creative track record.
Experience:
Minimum 5–6 years of professional experience dedicated strictly to social media management, creative content production, and digital video distribution, within real estate or investment products, with at least 2 years in strategic level and capacity.
Proven experience working directly within premium high-ticket marketing funnels, real estate networks, or managing personal branding assets for high-level corporate founders.
Technical Expertise:
Elite technical video editing proficiency using standard systems (e.g., Adobe Premiere, Final Cut Pro, CapCut Pro).
Advanced understanding of the current YouTube and LinkedIn distribution algorithms, SEO ranking factors, and organic or paid Meta framework mechanics.
Professional & Personal Competencies:
Strongly entrepreneurial with deep individual ownership capacity.
Acts as a high-volume execution engine capable of driving heavy weekly output against rigid commercial timelines.
Prioritizes bottom-line conversion data over superficial social likes.
Language: Professional working fluency in spoken and written English is mandatory. Fluency in Dutch is a highly valued operational asset.
