What You'll do:

• Lead the development, configuration, and optimization of complex enterprise solutions within the ServiceNow platform;
  
  - Act as a technical reference, converting high-level business requirements into scalable platform solutions;
  
  - Oversee platform health, architectural alignment, major upgrades, and advanced troubleshooting;
  
  - Design and implement advanced ServiceNow workflows, Business Rules, Client Scripts, and Service Portal elements;

• Mentor team members, review code quality, and enforce platform best practices;
  
  
  
  Who You Are:
  
  - 10+ years of professional experience working with the ServiceNow platform;
  
  - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills at an enterprise scale;
  
  - Proven ability to understand complex business requirements and translate them into effective solutions;
  
  - Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and collaboration skills;
  
  - Ability to drive initiatives independently and lead technical teams effectively;
  
  - Strong organizational skills, strategic thinking, and high attention to detail;
  ?
