About the role
Recruitment Staff role responsible for developing and implementing effective recruitment strategies to meet the company's workforce needs, managing the entire recruitment and selection process from job posting through employee onboarding, and building employer branding to attract top talent.
Key responsibilities
Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to meet workforce needs
Analyze labor market trends and provide recommendations on recruitment policies
Coordinate with management to understand workforce needs and desired candidate specifications
Manage the entire recruitment process from posting to new employee onboarding
Conduct CV screening, initial interviews, and selection of potential candidates
Arrange and conduct technical interviews with users and provide recommendations for top candidates
Manage psychological testing, assessments, and candidate reference checks as needed
Develop employer branding strategy to attract top talent
Manage and update candidate database for future recruitment needs
Coordinate onboarding and induction processes for new employees
About you
Minimum 1-2 years of experience in recruitment, preferably in relevant industries
Understanding of various interview techniques, candidate assessment, and recruitment strategies
Extensive network with talent pools and educational institutions
Ability to work within tight and dynamic recruitment targets
Strong data analysis and problem-solving skills in recruitment
