About the role
Responsible for coordinating and managing Engineer and Technician activities within the Mechanical Electrical Workshop, ensuring equipment-related work, reporting, improvement activities, and operational support are completed effectively and on time.
Key responsibilities
Plan and coordinate daily/weekly work for Engineers and Technicians
Ensure work progress is completed according to schedule
Support equipment-related activities and technical problem solving
Ensure proper backup and continuity of engineering activities when required
Develop and propose equipment/process improvement initiatives
Coordinate training and competency development for Engineers and Technicians
Monitor team KPIs and prepare weekly/monthly reports
Follow up on issues and ensure timely completion of action items
Coordinate with relevant departments to resolve equipment and operational issues
Support management in equipment-related projects and activities
About you
Minimum D3 in Electrical Engineering, Electrical Technology, Mechanical Engineering, or related field
Minimum 5 years of experience in a relevant engineering/equipment role
Good command of English, both written and spoken
Familiar with ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, and SMK3
Proficient in Microsoft Office
Able to read mechanical and electrical drawings
Strong leadership, decision-making, communication, and coordination skills
Mandarin proficiency is an advantage
