About the role
This is a Customer Service role focused on managing customer communications, order processing, and delivery coordination for a shoes factory operation.
Key responsibilities
Communicating with customers
Managing emails
Inputting Purchase Orders (PO) including checking prices, swatches, and articles
Creating Delivery Orders (DO)
Handling claims from customers
Ensuring delivery matches the Requested Time of Delivery (RTD)
Informing internal teams (PPIC, Quality, Purchasing, etc) about the delivery plan
Creating a monthly Delivery Report (KJB) for customer deliveries
Creating a summary of Proforma Invoices (PI) based on customer POs
About you
At least 2-5 years of experience in Customer Service
Bachelor degree or higher
Strong communication, data entry, coordination and persuasion skills
Proficient in using Microsoft Office (Excel & Word)
Good time management skills
Experience in Shoes Factory is highly preferred
