About the role

Ricu's Secret is a health and wellness brand founded by Indonesian public figure Ricky Cuaca, inspired by his personal journey of diet and lifestyle change. Launched in 2019 under PT Ricu Perkasa Utama, the brand is committed to helping people achieve sustainable health goals through safe, effective, and enjoyable daily routines. This role involves developing and executing content strategies across social media platforms, leading creative production, and driving engagement and sales conversions.

Requirements:

• Proficient in video editing using CapCut or similar tools.

• Confident appearing on camera as talent/content creator.

• Up-to-date with social media trends and content formats.

• Able to collaborate with the team on content strategy and creative ideas.

• Capable of creating UGC-style content such as unboxing, reviews, and lifestyle videos.

Core Responsibilities

• Strategy & Ideation: Develop long-term content strategies and lead brainstorming sessions to keep up with trends.

• Team Leadership: Guide junior team members, evaluate performance, and delegate production tasks (writing, filming, editing).

• Analytics & Optimization: Monitor campaign metrics, adjust strategies based on audience engagement, and drive sales conversions.

• Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, design, and product teams to align content with overarching business goals.

Key Skills Required :

• Content Strategy & Planning: Deep understanding of platform algorithms (TikTok, Instagram,Shoppe).

• Creative Execution: Proficiency in content operations, creative/content writing, and editing.

• Analytical Thinking: Ability to interpret data and translate insights into actionable steps.

• Communication: Strong leadership skills to mentor teams and convey brand voice.

Qualifications:

• Have a content creator portfolio and active social media/content account.

• Minimum 1 year of experience; fresh graduates are welcome with a strong portfolio.

• Passionate about lifestyle, beauty, wellness, and creative production.

• Based in or willing to work in Cibubur and surrounding areas.
