About the role
This role focuses on managing funded projects, converting tenders into purchase orders, and building long-term relationships with key stakeholders including owners, developers, contractors, and consultants. You will track project progress through design, tender, award, and execution phases, coordinate across internal teams, and achieve sales targets from funded and awarded projects.
Key responsibilities
Identify and manage funded projects, focusing on high-potential opportunities
Ensure products are included in approved vendor and specification lists
Convert projects from tender and negotiation into purchase orders
Negotiate price, volume, and contract terms with contractors, developers, or distributors
Build and maintain relationships with owners, developers, contractors, and consultants
Develop long-term relationships for repeat projects
Act as the main liaison between clients and the company
Monitor and update project status through design, tender, award, and execution phases
Use CRM or internal systems for opportunity tracking
Coordinate with sales, technical, supply chain, and finance teams to ensure product availability, pricing, and technical support meet project needs
Support bidding process and project winning strategy
Achieve sales targets from funded projects
Prepare forecasts and sales reports
Analyze project opportunities to improve closing rate
About you
Bachelor's degree (S1) in Architecture
Fluent in Indonesia; English is a must (spoken and written)
Mandarin language proficiency is a plus
Strong understanding of the design, tender, and construction documentation process
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
Target-oriented, proactive, and able to work independently as well as in a team
Experience in building materials, construction systems, or specification roles will be an advantage
Experience in a similar industry is preferred
