Job Responsibilities
Develop, review, and update employment policies, procedures, and regulations in line with organizational needs and applicable labor laws
Ensure all employment policies and practices comply with Indonesian manpower regulations and government requirements
Monitor and maintain up-to-date knowledge of employment laws, industrial relations, and Human Capital regulations
Review, evaluate, and improve employee-related legal documents such as Employee Handbook, Employment Agreements (PKWT/PKWTT), company regulations, warning letters, and disciplinary documents
Draft, review, and manage legal documents related to employment and employee relations matters
Provide legal advice and recommendations regarding employment, industrial relations, and employee-related legal issues
Identify and mitigate potential legal risks related to employment practices and Human Capital policies
Support employment legal activities including legal drafting, documentation, compliance reviews, and employee case handling
Collaborate closely with Human Capital, Employee Relations teams, and business leaders to ensure labor law compliance and policy implementation
Monitor implementation of employment policies and employee-related programs across the organization
Maintain positive working relationships with employees, stakeholders, and external parties when required
Support Employee Relations Manager in developing HR legal strategies, industrial relations practices, and employee governance initiatives
Prepare reports, recommend process improvements, and support quality management and compliance activities
Requirements
Minimum Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in Law
Minimum 2 years experience as Senior Staff or minimum 4 years experience in Employment Legal, Industrial Relations, Human Capital Legal, or related areas
Strong experience in employment legal drafting and employee documentation
Strong understanding of Indonesian manpower laws and employment regulations
Familiar with employment agreements (PKWT/PKWTT), Company Regulations (PP), Employee Handbook, disciplinary processes, and employee legal documents
Good knowledge of Industrial Relations and employee case handling processes
Experience in handling employment disputes, employee relations cases, and manpower compliance matters is preferred
Good understanding of Indonesian labor law and employment compliance requirements
Strong communication, analytical, and stakeholder management skills
