About the Role
As a Videographer, you will be responsible for capturing high-quality and visually engaging footage for Unbox Diaries' digital content.
You will work closely with our creative and content teams throughout the production process, from preparing and setting up shoots to capturing footage and ensuring that the visual output meets our creative direction and production standards.
Responsibilities
- Shoot high-quality video content for YouTube, TikTok, social media, product reviews, and other digital platforms.
- Set up and operate cameras, lighting equipment, microphones, and other production equipment.
- Apply cinematography principles including framing, composition, camera movement, lighting, and visual storytelling.
- Work closely with the creative, content, and video editing teams to execute content concepts.
- Capture A-roll, B-roll, product shots, and other supporting footage based on production requirements.
- Ensure proper lighting and audio quality during production.
- Operate gimbals and stabilizers to produce smooth and professional footage.
- Maintain and organize cameras and other production equipment.
- Ensure all footage meets Unbox Diaries' visual and production standards.
Qualifications
- Male/Female.
- Preferably based in Jakarta or surrounding areas.
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
- A recent videography portfolio or showreel is required.
- Comfortable communicating in English, as you may collaborate with our international team.
- Passionate about videography, technology, digital media, and content creation.
- Creative, detail-oriented, and willing to learn.
- Able to work full-time and on-site in Fatmawati, South Jakarta.
Required Skills
- Strong understanding of cinematography, lighting, and audio recording.
- Able to operate DSLR and mirrorless cameras.
- Experienced in using gimbals and stabilizers.
- Good understanding of framing, composition, camera angles, and camera movement.
- Familiar with shooting content for YouTube, TikTok, and other social media platforms.
- Basic knowledge of video editing is a plus.
