About the role
You will play a direct role in the clinic's growth, either from the sales side through closing and building customer relationships, or from the marketing side through building awareness via engaging content and campaigns.
Key responsibilities
Follow-up and closing of leads and prospective patients
Explain clinic products and services persuasively according to customer needs
Achieve monthly sales targets
Maintain good relationships with existing customers for repeat orders and referrals
Create and execute promotional content on social media (Instagram, TikTok, etc.)
Design and execute marketing campaigns, promotions, and events
Analyze campaign and promotion performance and provide insights for future strategy
Coordinate across teams (sales and marketing) to ensure leads are managed effectively
About you
Jakarta / Surabaya based
Experience in sales or marketing (clinic, beauty, or healthcare experience is a plus)
Communicative, persuasive, and natural closer (for Sales) — or creative with strong content sense (for Marketing)
Understand digital tools and social media (Instagram, TikTok, etc.)
Target-oriented, enjoy challenges, and results-driven
Fluent in English
