Production Administrative Staff (Mandarin Speaker)

About the role

This role involves monitoring and supporting daily production process execution according to targets, schedules, and work instructions. The position requires coordination of communication between Mandarin-speaking supervisors or management with operators and local teams, including translation of work instructions, production directives, and operational communications between Mandarin and Indonesian in both spoken and written forms.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor and support daily production process execution in accordance with targets, schedules, and work instructions

• Coordinate communication between Mandarin-speaking supervisors or management and operators and local teams

• Translate work instructions, production directives, and operational communications from Mandarin to Indonesian and vice versa, both orally and in writing

• Ensure production activities comply with SOPs, quality standards, and occupational safety requirements

• Assist in checking material readiness, machinery, equipment, and work areas before production begins

• Record and report production results, process constraints, material usage, and deviations found

• Coordinate with Quality, Warehouse, Engineering, Maintenance, and PPIC departments to resolve production issues

• Support investigation of production problems and follow up on improvement plans with relevant teams

• Support briefings, training, and communication of operational information to production team members

• Maintain order, cleanliness, work discipline, and implementation of 5R/5S in the production area

About you

• Minimum education: SMA/SMK; D3 or S1 in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing, Electrical, Mechanical Engineering, or related field is a plus

• Active Mandarin language capability for work communication; ability to read and write Mandarin (minimum HSK 3)

• Able to communicate well in Indonesian, both orally and in writing

• Minimum 1 year experience in production/manufacturing; fresh graduates with good Mandarin capability may be considered

• Understanding of basic production processes, SOPs, quality control, and occupational safety

• Willing to work in production areas and follow shift work systems if required

• Able to operate Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Word, for recording and reporting

• Good coordination, cross-cultural communication, and problem-solving abilities

• Careful, disciplined, responsible, able to work in teams, and target-oriented

• Willing to be placed in Cikarang and participate in the entire company selection process
