Treasury & Custody Operation Division Head

We are seeking an experienced Treasury & Custody Operation Division Head to lead our Treasury and Custody Operations team in Tangerang, Banten. This is a full-time position offering strategic leadership and operational oversight of all treasury and custody functions within the bank. As Division Head, you will be responsible for ensuring efficient operations, regulatory compliance, risk management, and the delivery of high-quality custody and treasury services to our clients. This role is pivotal in supporting the bank's financial objectives and maintaining our competitive position in the market.

Key responsibilities:

• Develop and direct Treasury and Custody operational strategies aligned with the Bank's business plan to ensure operational sustainability and the achievement of business targets.

• Control all Treasury and Custody operational activities, including settlement, safekeeping, fund administration, reporting, and reconciliation, to ensure process effectiveness and end-to-end operational reliability.

• Oversee the implementation of regulatory compliance (OJK, BI, KSEI, BEI) and internal policies to minimize compliance and operational risks.

• Direct operational risk management, including monitoring exceptions, audit findings, and implementing corrective actions to strengthen internal controls.

• Initiate and direct operational transformation through digitalization, automation, and system development to improve efficiency, scalability, and service quality.

• Manage relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including regulators, institutional customers, and vendors, to ensure smooth operations and service quality.

• Lead and develop the organization through performance management, capability strengthening, and succession planning to ensure the readiness and sustainability of operational functions.
  

Requirements:

• Min. Bachelor's Degree, preferably in Management, Finance, Accounting, or other related fields.

• Minimum 10 years of experience in Treasury, Custody operations, Capital markets, Securities transactions, etc.

• Understanding of the end-to-end Treasury and Custody operations process.

• Understanding of capital market regulations and provisions issued by the Financial Services Authority (OJK), Bank Indonesia, and other relevant institutions.

• Strong strategic thinking, analytical skills, and problem-solving skills.

• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

• Willing to be placed at the Head Office, Karawaci, Tangerang
