About the role
Manage and monitor Civil, Structural, and Architectural works at the project site, ensuring compliance with approved drawings, specifications, quality, safety, and project schedules.
Key responsibilities
Manage and monitor Civil, Structural, and Architectural works at the project site.
Review construction drawings, shop drawings, method statements, and technical documents.
Coordinate with contractors, consultants, vendors, and engineering teams.
Conduct site inspections and monitor construction progress.
Ensure work complies with approved drawings, specifications, quality, safety, and project schedules.
Support technical coordination and resolve site-related issues.
About you
Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related fields.
Minimum 2 years of experience in construction or project engineering.
Experience in Data Center projects is highly preferred.
Strong understanding of Civil, Structural, and Architectural works.
Able to read and interpret engineering/construction drawings.
Experienced in contractor and vendor coordination.
Proficient in AutoCAD; knowledge of BIM/Revit is an advantage.
Good communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
