Product Supervisor

About the role

Asaba Group is seeking a Product Supervisor to join our Marketing & Communications team. PT ASABA (Member of Asaba Group) is National Distribution Company for any product such as Stationery and Office Supplies. This is a full-time position based in Jakarta Raya, where you will play a crucial role in overseeing product development and management initiatives. As Product Supervisor, you will bridge the gap between product strategy and execution, ensuring that our product portfolio meets market demands and aligns with our business objectives. This role offers the opportunity to directly influence the success of our products and contribute to the strategic growth of Asaba Group.

Key responsibilities :

• Supervise and coordinate all aspects of product development from conception through launch and market performance evaluation

• Monitor product performance metrics and conduct regular analysis to identify areas for improvement and optimization.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing, sales, and operations to ensure successful product positioning and execution

• Develop and maintain comprehensive product documentation, including specifications, guidelines, and updates

• Responsibilities for Pricing and promotion product

• Oversee product lifecycle management, including planning, development, introduction, growth, maturity, and decline phases

• Conduct market research and competitive analysis to inform product strategy and enhancements

• Support the creation and implementation of product marketing campaigns and promotional activities

• Handling Product Development for stationery and office supplies.

• Identify and assess new product opportunities aligned with business strategy and market demand

• Train and mentor team members involved in product management activities

What we're looking for :

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field

• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in Product Management, Product Development, Product Supervisor, Product and Marketing Supervisor, or a related supervisory role

• Strong understanding of product development lifecycle and best practices in product management

• Proven experience in market research, competitive analysis, and consumer insights

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with proficiency in data interpretation

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively across teams

• Knowledge of marketing principles and go-to-market strategies

• Fluency in Indonesian and English is preferred.

• Able to Mobile and Travel out of Town.

• Placement in Gambir, Jakarta.
