Premium Telco Customer Service Representative

As a Customer Service Representative, you’ll assist customers with their telecommunications needs while delivering a high-quality customer experience.
Job Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound customer calls and provide professional assistance.
- Assist with inquiries about mobile plans, billing, accounts, devices, and services.
- Troubleshoot basic service and connectivity concerns.
- Process account updates, payments, upgrades, and service requests.
- Provide accurate information about products, promotions, and available services.
- Resolve customer concerns efficiently while maintaining excellent customer satisfaction.
- Document customer interactions and update account information accurately.
- Follow company policies, security procedures, and quality standards.
Ideal Candidate:
- High School Graduate or Senior High School Graduate.
- No Call Center/BPO experience required
- Good English communication skills.
- Basic computer and navigation skills.
- Comfortable handling customer concerns through phone calls.
- Customer-service oriented.
- Willing to work onsite and on shifting schedules.
- Adaptable, patient, and able to handle different types of customers professionally.
