Key Responsibilities:
- Pick tiles, accessories, adhesives, grout, and other products according to sales orders or picking lists.
- Verify product item code, description, color, size, batch, and quantity before picking.
- Locate and retrieve products from the correct warehouse storage area.
- Check picked items for damage, defects, or incorrect quantities.
- Properly stack, arrange, and prepare products for delivery or customer pickup.
- Handle tile boxes carefully to prevent breakage and damage.
- Coordinate with the warehouse staff, delivery team, and sales department regarding orders.
- Assist in loading picked orders onto delivery vehicles when required.
- Maintain cleanliness and proper organization of the warehouse and picking areas.
- Follow proper inventory, safety, and material-handling procedures.
- Report shortages, damaged products, or inventory discrepancies to the supervisor.
- Perform other warehouse duties as assigned.
