- Analyze project plans, specifications, and other documentation to prepare detailed cost
- estimates.
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, and contractors to gather essential information.
- Conduct site visits to understand project scope and conditions.
- Identify and quantify cost factors, such as production time, materials, and labor
- expenses.
- Prepare and present cost summaries and reports to management and clients.
- Review and update estimates as project details evolve.
- Maintain a database of historical data for future reference.
- Assist in the preparation of bid proposals and tender documents.
- Stay updated on industry trends, materials, and construction methods.
Hard Requirements:
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in the construction industry
- Must have proven experience as a Project Estimator in the construction industry.
- Strong understanding of construction processes, materials, and cost estimation
- techniques.
- Excellent analytical and mathematical skills.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Schedule:
- 40 hours per week
- Monday to Friday
- 7AM - 4PM Pacific Standard Time Zone
Offer and Benefits:
- Weeks 1–4: $5 USD/hour
- Weeks 5–8: $6 USD/hour
- Weeks 9 onwards: $7 USD/hour
