Job Description
Join our Premium Telco Account in Clark, Pampanga! We’re looking for customer-focused individuals with excellent communication skills who are ready to start or grow their BPO career.
You’ll assist customers with billing concerns and other telco-related inquiries through voice support while providing excellent customer service.
Qualifications
High School Graduate (Old Curriculum)
Senior High School Graduate
ALS Graduate
College Undergraduate or College Graduate
With or Without Call Center Experience
Must have excellent communication skills
Willing to work onsite and on a shifting schedule
Compensation & Benefits
Salary Package: Up to ?23,500
