PT bajak Kapital Indonesia is a private equity firm focused on agriculture, agri-tech, and related

sectors in Indonesia. We are seeking a Jakarta-based Junior Associate to support business

development, portfolio companies, and strategic projects. This role is suitable for candidates who are

curious about business, enjoy solving problems, and want exposure to entrepreneurship, investing,

and company operations. 

Key Responsibilities

• Support operational improvement initiatives across portfolio companies.

• Participate in site visits and coordinate follow-up actions.

• Monitor business performance and key operating metrics.

• Conduct sector and market research.

• Coordinate business travel and meetings.

• Support project management and execution of strategic initiatives.

• Assist with investor relations and stakeholder communications. 

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in any discipline.

• 0-2 years of experience; fresh graduates are welcome.

• Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.

• Comfortable working with data and spreadsheets.

• Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia with good English skills.

• Willing to travel within Indonesia.

• Interest in business, entrepreneurship, agriculture, or technology.
