Our new website positions NIKA as the AI researcher and analyst for teams that need to turn files and real-world data into decisions. The product surface includes NIKA Analyst, NIKA GeoGraphify, NIKA Planet, NIKA Hub, NIKA GeoEngine, NIKA Mobile, NIKA Map JS, Runner SDK, and related developer and enterprise workflows.


We have just launched the new nikaplanet.com site. The next step is to build a serious organic acquisition engine around technical SEO, content strategy, product-led pages, use-case pages, developer docs, client stories, and search visibility across both traditional search and AI answer engines.


About The Role

We are looking for an SEO Specialist who has already run SEO for a technology company and can start executing without needing a basic playbook. You will own the SEO foundation and growth roadmap for NIKA's new site: audits, indexing, keyword strategy, content briefs, technical fixes, analytics, reporting, and ongoing optimization.


This role is for someone who understands how technical products grow through search. You should be comfortable translating complex product language into pages that search engines, AI answer engines, developers, enterprise buyers, and government or industry users can all understand.

What You Will Work On

- Run a full SEO audit of the new Next.js site, including crawlability, indexation, metadata, canonicals, sitemap, robots, structured data, internal links, redirects, performance, Core Web Vitals, and page templates.

- Build an organic roadmap around NIKA's product categories, use cases, integrations, developer docs, comparison pages, glossary pages, and customer stories.

- Create keyword maps and content briefs for high-intent searches around AI analysis, location intelligence, satellite data, geospatial AI, spatial analysis, enterprise AI analysts, and developer/geospatial workflows.

- Work with the founders, product, engineering, and content contributors to turn technical product depth into pages that can rank and convert.

- Set up measurement across Google Search Console, GA4 or equivalent analytics, rank tracking, conversion goals, dashboards, and regular reporting.

- Improve NIKA's visibility in AI search and answer engines through strong entity structure, clear citations, schema, content architecture, and Generative Engine Optimization practices.


Responsibilities

- Own the SEO launch checklist and first 90-day organic growth roadmap for nikaplanet.com.

- Identify and prioritize technical SEO fixes with engineering, including metadata, schema, rendering, routing, redirects, sitemap coverage, page speed, and indexation issues.

- Create keyword strategy and page plans for product, industry, use-case, integration, comparison, developer, and educational content.

- Write or direct SEO briefs that are specific enough for technical writers, product marketers, and founders to execute.

- Build internal-linking systems across product pages, use cases, docs, blog posts, client stories, and resource pages.

- Track rankings, impressions, clicks, conversions, crawl errors, page performance, and content opportunities; report clearly on what changed and what to do next.

- Coordinate with content and engineering to ship improvements continuously, not just produce audit documents.


Requirements

- Proven experience running SEO for a technology company, ideally B2B SaaS, developer tools, AI, data infrastructure, cloud, GIS/geospatial, or enterprise software.

- Strong technical SEO foundation: crawling, indexation, JavaScript rendering, structured data, canonicals, redirects, sitemaps, robots, logs, site architecture, and performance.

- Ability to create and execute a keyword and content strategy, not just run audits.

- Hands-on experience with tools such as Google Search Console, GA4, Ahrefs, Semrush, Screaming Frog, Sitebulb, Looker Studio, or similar.

- Strong writing judgment and the ability to make complex technical products understandable without flattening the technical value.

- Comfort working directly with founders, product, engineering, and external writers in a fast-moving early-stage environment.


Nice To Have

- Experience with Generative Engine Optimization: improving how brands and products appear in ChatGPT, Perplexity, Gemini, Claude, and other AI answer surfaces.

- Experience with developer documentation SEO, API docs, changelogs, SDK pages, or technical resource libraries.

- Experience with programmatic SEO for use cases, integrations, industries, glossary pages, comparison pages, or data-format pages.

- Familiarity with geospatial, satellite data, GIS, remote sensing, climate, infrastructure, logistics, defence, public sector, or enterprise data workflows.
