As we continue to expand, we are looking for an Associate Marketing, Content & AI Creative Lead who is passionate about content, branding, storytelling, AI-powered creativity, and digital growth.
Key Responsibilities
Content Strategy & Creative Development
• Develop content strategies aligned with business objectives and community growth targets.
• Create engaging content concepts for Instagram, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, Telegram, websites, and digital campaigns.
• Generate ideas for viral, educational, community-driven, and conversion-oriented content.
• Build storytelling frameworks that strengthen the NS TRADE brand and ecosystem.
AI-Powered Content Creation
• Utilize AI tools to accelerate content ideation, scripting, copywriting, research, and creative production.
• Create prompts and workflows for ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Midjourney, Veo, Runway, Canva AI, and other AI platforms.
• Continuously experiment with AI-assisted content creation methods to improve efficiency and output quality.
• Research emerging AI tools and identify opportunities for implementation within the marketing team.
Social Media & Community Growth
• Manage and optimize social media channels across multiple platforms.
• Develop campaigns that increase awareness, engagement, traffic, and community participation.
• Monitor trends, audience behavior, and platform updates to improve content performance.
• Support initiatives that strengthen community engagement and member retention.
Branding & Visual Direction
• Maintain consistency across all brand touchpoints.
• Develop visual concepts, moodboards, campaign directions, and content frameworks.
• Collaborate with designers, video editors, and content creators to ensure creative quality and brand alignment.
Performance & Analytics
• Monitor content performance and key marketing metrics.
• Analyze engagement, reach, click-through rates, conversion performance, and growth opportunities.
• Use insights and data to improve future content strategies and campaigns.
Innovation & Growth
• Identify emerging content formats, platforms, and growth opportunities.
• Test new campaign concepts and creative approaches.
• Actively contribute ideas that improve audience growth, content performance, and overall marketing effectiveness.
Requirements
• Bachelor’s Degree in Visual Communication Design (DKV), Marketing, Communication, Digital Media, Multimedia, or related fields.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in Marketing, Content Marketing, Digital Marketing, Social Media Management, or Creative Strategy.
• Highly active on social media and familiar with current digital trends.
• Strong understanding of visual storytelling, content creation, and audience engagement.
• Experience creating content end-to-end (idea → production → publishing → optimization).
• Able to build and maintain brand guidelines and visual systems.
• Strong copywriting and communication skills.
• Comfortable using AI platforms such as ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Midjourney, Veo, Runway, CapCut AI, Canva AI, or equivalent tools.
• Understanding of content analytics, engagement metrics, and growth strategies.
• Self-driven, creative, adaptable, and highly curious about emerging technologies.
Preferred Qualifications
• Experience working in startup, creator economy, fintech, education, community, or digital businesses.
• Experience managing influencer, KOL, community, or social media campaigns.
• Familiarity with AI prompting, prompt engineering, AI workflow creation, and AI-assisted content systems.
• Experience producing short-form content for TikTok, Reels, and YouTube Shorts.
Preferred Qualifications
• Experience working in startup, creator economy, fintech, education, community, or digital businesses.
