maintaining them.

About the Role

We're looking for an AI-Native Full Stack Developer who uses Claude Code as the primary

development tool — not just as a helper, but as the core of how software gets built. You'll be using AI to

design, write, debug, and ship full stack web applications independently, from database to UI.

This is not a traditional coding role. We don't expect you to memorize syntax or grind LeetCode. We

expect you to think clearly, prompt effectively, and take full ownership of what gets built. Fresh

graduates are very welcome — what matters is your ability to learn fast and your hands-on experience

building things, even personal or side projects.

What You'll Do

• Build and maintain internal tools and dashboards that power BuyerSupply's lead generation

operations

• Use Claude Code as your primary tool to architect, develop, and ship features end-to-end

• Manage everything from database schema design in Supabase to the final UI in Next.js

• Work independently — take a requirement and own it fully without constant supervision

• Review and critically evaluate AI-generated code — catch bugs, understand the logic, and make it

production-ready

• Use pnpm as the standard package manager across all projects

• Communicate clearly in both Indonesian and English depending on context

Tech Stack

• Primary AI Coding Tool: Claude Code

• Frontend: Next.js (React)

• Backend & Database: Supabase (PostgreSQL, Auth, Storage, Edge Functions)

• Package Manager: pnpm (exclusively)

• Deployment: Vercel (or similar)

What We're Looking For

Must Have:

• Basic understanding of Next.js / React and how web apps are structured

• Familiarity with Supabase or strong eagerness to learn it quickly

• Basic understanding of databases — tables, relationships, simple queries

• Hands-on experience using Claude Code or similar AI coding tools (Cursor, Copilot, etc.)

• Ability to work solo and independently — self-managing tasks and priorities

• Communicates in both Indonesian and English

• Uses pnpm as a package manager (or willing to switch)

Nice to Have:

• Experience building dashboards, admin panels, or internal tools

• Familiarity with Supabase Auth and Row Level Security (RLS)

• Experience deploying on Vercel

• GitHub profile or any project portfolio

We Don't Require:

• A CS degree or formal software engineering background

• Years of professional experience — fresh graduates are very welcome

• The ability to code without AI — this role is built around AI-native development

Compensation

Rp 6,000,000 – Rp 10,000,000 / month

Exact salary is open to negotiation based on your skills, portfolio, and what you bring to the table.
