Yukerja Summary

The Remote UGC Content Creator (On-Camera) role at Jobs for Humanity is curated from Himalayas (category Marketing & Penjualan). This role is marked as remote — check timezone and location requirements on the official listing. Yukerja.com is not the employer — applications are handled on the official source site.

We are looking for a remote, on-camera UGC Content Creator to become a recurring face of our app across TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and paid social content.
You will turn product ideas, trends, and everyday social moments into short videos that feel natural to Gen Z audiences: direct, relatable, warm, and entertaining without feeling overproduced.

Responsibilities:

  • Concept, script, film, and edit short-form vertical videos.
  • Appear on camera in relatable scenarios, product demonstrations, reactions, and story-led content.
  • Create organic social posts and UGC-style paid advertisements.
  • Translate briefs into natural creator language rather than reading corporate scripts.
  • Test different hooks, openings, captions, and calls to action.
  • Follow TikTok and Reels culture and propose relevant content formats.
  • Use performance feedback to improve and iterate on successful ideas.
  • Build a consistent and recognizable on-camera presence for the app.
  • Female creator aged 18 or older who is comfortable becoming a recurring on-camera representative for a consumer social app.
  • Strong understanding of Gen Z language, humor, references, creator formats, and viewing habits.
  • Natural and confident camera presence.
  • Clear spoken English; Arabic is a strong advantage.
  • Portfolio of short-form content, UGC, TikTok, Reels, or similar creator work.
  • Able to produce clean vertical videos with good lighting and clear audio using your own phone and basic setup.
  • Working knowledge of CapCut, Premiere Pro, Final Cut, or an equivalent editor.
  • Strong scripting instincts, especially for the first one to three seconds of a video.
  • Reliable, responsive, and able to work independently from briefs and deadlines.
  • Comfortable receiving direct feedback and producing multiple iterations.

Follower count is not a requirement. Communication, taste, consistency, and authenticity matter more.

To apply, please include:

- Links to three to five short-form videos that best represent your work.
- A short introduction explaining how you connect with Gen Z audiences.
- Your location, spoken languages, equipment, availability, and expected rate.
- Optional: a 30–60 second sample showing how you would introduce an app that helps close friends share spontaneous updates through a home-screen widget.

We are building a mobile social app that helps close friends stay connected through spontaneous photos, short updates, private conversations, and home-screen widgets.

We are a small, fast-moving team creating a more personal alternative to crowded social feeds. We care about honest communication, playful creativity, and content that feels human rather than corporate.
