- Provide product training to distributors, dealers, and customers.
- Conduct product installation and commissioning.
- Provide after-sales technical support.
- Troubleshoot product-related technical issues.
- Handle customer technical inquiries and provide practical solutions.
- Assist the sales team with technical support during projects.
- Collect technical feedback from the market and report issues to the headquarters/technical team.
Requirements
- Technical or engineering background is preferred.
- Experience in installation, troubleshooting, or after-sales service.
- Good problem-solving and communication skills.
- Responsible, patient, and customer-oriented.
- Willing to travel for installation and service when required.
