Job Summary
Bali Papa Lee is looking for HR Manager to lead our people operations across our growing restaurant portfolio. This isn't just about paperwork; we need a leader who understands the rhythm of the hospitality industry. Someone who can find the best culinary talent, maintain a high-energy culture, and ensure our compliance is as sharp as our kitchen knives. You will report directly to Owner and oversee the entire employee lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities
Recruitment & Talent Acquisition: Lead the end-to-end hiring process for both front-of-house and back-of-house staff. Build a pipeline of high-quality talent to keep up with seasonal demands.
Performance Management: Implement appraisal systems that actually work for restaurant staff, focusing on growth, hospitality standards, and efficiency.
Employee Relations & Culture: Act as the primary point of contact for staff concerns. Foster a positive "Papa Lee" culture that reduces turnover and increases employee loyalty.
Payroll & Compliance: Oversee monthly payroll processing and ensure strict adherence to local labor laws, BPJS, and health and safety regulations.
Training & Development: Coordinate onboarding and service-standard training programs to ensure every customer receives the signature Papa Lee experience.
Policy Development: Standardize HR policies across all locations, including attendance, leave, and disciplinary procedures.
Requirements
Experience: Minimum 5–7 years of HR experience, with at least 3 years in a Senior or Managerial role specifically within the F&B or Hospitality industry.
Knowledge: Deep understanding of Indonesian Labor Law
Skills: Exceptional communication, conflict resolution, and organizational skills. Proficiency in HRIS and payroll software.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Law, or Business Administration.
