Job Description :
Welcome clients and conduct initial skin/needs assessments.
Recommend personalized treatments/products and explain benefits, procedure steps, and aftercare.
Drive sales of packages and promotions; follow up proactively to hit monthly targets.
Record client data and progress in the CRM and schedule next visits.
Collaborate with doctors/therapists to deliver safe, effective treatment plans.
Handle first-line concerns with empathy and escalate when needed.
Support events, digital activations, and marketing campaigns.
Requirement :
Communicative, friendly, and sociable
Minimum Diploma (D3) preferred.
Understanding of Marketing.
Experience in the Beauty Clinic industry.
Preference will be given to those residing in the Tangerang and Serpong areas.
