Hello. We’re Teya.

Teya was founded on a simple belief: local businesses deserve better.

They are the cafés, restaurants, salons, shops and entrepreneurs that bring character to our high streets, create jobs and keep communities moving. Yet for too long, financial services has made life harder for them - with clunky tools, poor support and complexity that gets in the way of running a business.

Teya exists to change that.

We’re building a financial platform for local businesses across Europe - one built around simple tools, thoughtful design and real human support. Our Members rely on us to help them run their business with confidence, and that responsibility shapes the way we work.

We move fast. We care about quality. We stay close to the detail. And we believe great performance and genuine hospitality should go hand in hand.

If you want to build meaningful products, solve real problems and make a genuine difference for local businesses, we’d love to hear from you

What will you be doing?

As we continue to expand our operations in the UK, we’re looking for a Regional Sales Manager to join our expanding Independent Sales Agent channel. • Leading, managing and developing a dynamic team of commission-only sales representatives of varying levels of experience, ensuring alignment with company goals and objectives

  • Working hands-on with the team, designing and implementing effective sales processes to drive revenue growth

  • Providing initial training for new sellers and then ongoing mentorship to develop individuals and increase their volume of monthly sales

  • Conduct regular reviews with individuals to ensure their continuous engagement with Teya and create a long-term partnership

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing and product development to act as a voice of the seller and ensure we have the best tools available to our team

  • Analyse sales data and performance metrics to identify areas for improvement to increase channel growth

What are we looking for?

  • Proven track record of successful field sales management experience, preferably in the payments industry or a related field

  • Demonstratable experience of designing and implementing sales training for a variety of experience levels

  • Strong leadership and team management skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a commission-only sales team to achieve and exceed targets

  • Demonstrated ability to develop and implement strategic sales plans that align with overall business objectives.

  • Proactive and results-oriented with a focus on continuous improvement and a willingness to take initiative in a dynamic and competitive market.

  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.

  • Knowledge of relevant industry trends, competitors, and market dynamics is preferable

  • Ability to travel as needed to meet with sellers, attend industry events and support the sales team in various locations.

What can we offer you?

  • On top of your basic salary you will be able to earn uncapped commissions

  • 25 days of Annual Leave + Bank Holidays

  • Physical and mental health support through our partnership with GymPass, 1-1 therapy sessions, meditation sessions and access to digital fitness and nutrition apps

  • Extended and improved maternity and paternity leave choices

  • Private Medical and Life Insurance

  • Improved pension Scheme
