About the role

We are seeking an enthusiastic and organized Sales Support professional to join Bemore Indonesia (PT. Physiogym Bemore Indonesia) in Jakarta Raya. This is a full-time position that plays a crucial role in enabling our sales team to operate effectively and efficiently. As Sales Support, you will be the backbone of our sales operations, providing administrative and client-facing support that directly contributes to our business growth and client satisfaction. This role is essential to our company's success, ensuring that our sales team can focus on building relationships and closing deals whilst you manage the operational elements that keep everything running smoothly.

Key responsibilities

1. Coordinating and managing sales activities, including scheduling appointments, and maintaining accurate records of client interactions;

2. Managing client enquiries and directing them appropriately;

3. Providing administrative support to the sales manager;

4. Maintaining and updating client databases and customer relationship management (CRM) systems with accurate and timely information;

5. Liaising between clients, internal departments, and sales staff to ensure all parties are informed and deadlines are met;

6. Preparing sales reports, performance metrics, and other documentation as required by management;

7. Handling administrative tasks such as filing, scheduling, and general office management;

8. Providing excellent customer service by responding promptly to client communications via WhatsApp, and in person.

What we're looking for

1. Proven experience in a sales support, administrative, or client-facing role, in any type of business, (experience in wellness, fitness, healthcare, or related industry is a plus point).

2. Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.

3. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with proficiency in English and Indonesian. Able to speak Mandarin language is an advantage point.

4. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and experience with CRM software or similar database systems.

5. A customer-centric approach with the ability to build and maintain positive client relationships.

6. Attention to detail and accuracy in administrative tasks.

7. Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.

8. Professional demeanor and strong work ethic.

9. Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced business environment.
