Qualifications – Accounting
* Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
* Minimum **3–5 years of relevant accounting experience**, preferably in the **real estate, property development, hospitality, hotel, villa, or property management industry**.
* Strong understanding of **general accounting principles**, including journal entries, general ledger, accounts payable, accounts receivable, accruals, and financial closing.
* Experienced in preparing **monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements**, including Profit & Loss, Balance Sheet, and Cash Flow reports.
* Strong experience in **bank reconciliation, cash flow monitoring, petty cash management, and payment reconciliation**.
* Familiar with accounting for **property development projects**, including project costs, construction expenses, contractor/vendor payments, asset capitalization, and cost allocation.
* Experienced in accounting for **hospitality operations**, including accommodation revenue, OTA transactions, occupancy-related revenue, operational expenses, and property-level reporting.
* Able to monitor and reconcile **multiple properties, projects, companies, or business units**.
* Good understanding of **Indonesian taxation**, including PPh 21, PPh 23, PPh 4(2), PPN, PBJT, and other relevant tax obligations.
* Familiar with **Indonesian accounting standards and tax compliance requirements**.
* Experienced in preparing supporting documents for **tax reporting, audits, and management review**.
* Proficient in **Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets**, including formulas, Pivot Tables, reconciliation, and financial reporting.
* Experience with accounting software such as **Accurate, Xero, QuickBooks, or similar systems** is highly preferred.
* Strong analytical skills with excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
* Able to identify discrepancies, investigate accounting issues, and provide clear financial explanations to management.
* Able to work independently, manage multiple deadlines, and maintain accurate financial records.
* Good communication and coordination skills when dealing with **finance teams, operational teams, vendors, contractors, property managers, and external accountants or tax consultants**.
* Good command of **English and Bahasa Indonesia**, both written and spoken.
* Experience working with **foreign-owned companies or PT PMA** will be considered an advantage.
* Based in Bali or willing to relocate to Bali.
