PT Abadinusa Usahasemesta currently hiring these positions:
Sales Executive Laboratory (blood gas analyzer, hemostasis, urine analyzer, immunoassay, POCT, or others)
Sales Executive - Retail/OTC (digital sphygmomanometer, oxymeter)
What will you do?
Plan and execute visit plans in daily/monthly to ensure optimal coverage
Identify and maintain business opportunities by expanding relevant channels to achieve and exceed sales targets
Build and nurture strong relationships with key decision-makers
Implement sales strategies and activities in coordination with the product team
Deliver engaging and impactful product presentations and demonstrations
Maintain strong relationships to ensure customer satisfaction and retention
Oversee market trends, competitor activity, customer needs, and stock availability
Prepare regular reports on sales performance and pipeline development, as well as monitor sales process administration (quotation, PO, sales agreement, and documentation).
What are we looking for?
Minimum 2 years as sales/marketing (specifically handling medical laboratory equipment OR retail/OTC products)
Minimum diploma degree from relevant major
Good understanding of medical products and retail purchasing procedures
Strong personality to present the products and negotiate
Ability to use CRM/Sales Force applications
Having own vehicle and valid driver's license.
