The Role

We are looking for a Mid-Level Front-End / ReactJS Engineer to join our growing development team. This position is ideal for candidates with 1–3 years of commercial experience who are confident working with React and modern front-end technologies and are looking to further develop their skills in a collaborative and supportive environment.

You will work alongside experienced developers, designers, and back-end engineers to build modern web applications, portals, and business tools used by both our clients and internal teams.

This is an excellent opportunity to learn, contribute to real-world projects, and gradually take on greater responsibility as your experience and skills develop.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain modern, responsive web applications using React and current front-end technologies.
• Contribute to the development of new portals, websites, and digital platforms.
• Work closely with UX/UI designers and back-end developers to deliver smooth and user-friendly experiences.
• Improve application performance, usability, and accessibility with guidance and support from the wider team.
• Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented front-end code.
• Participate in code reviews and collaborate with the team to improve development practices.
• Share ideas and feedback to help improve products and development workflows.
  

Qualifications & Experience

• 1–3 years of commercial experience as a Front-End Engineer or Junior Full-Stack Engineer.
• Good understanding of React, including Hooks and component-based development.
• Proficiency in TypeScript, JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, and CSS3.
• Understanding of responsive design principles and front-end best practices.
• Experience with API integration, such as Axios or React Query, as well as basic state management using Redux, Zustand, or similar technologies.
• Familiarity with UI/component libraries such as Material UI, Chakra UI, or Tailwind CSS.
• Good English communication skills, both written and spoken.
• A willingness to learn, ask questions, receive feedback, and develop as part of a team.
• Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS or CI/CD is an advantage but not essential.
• Applicants must not currently be undertaking formal studies.
