What you'll do
Paid acquisition:
- Own and optimise all paid channels (Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Meta, Reddit Ads, retargeting, review sites)
- Build, launch, and iterate on campaigns end-to-end: setup, creative briefs, bidding, reporting
- Allocate budget across channels based on CAC, pipeline contribution, and payback
- Run structured A/B tests on creative, targeting, landing pages, and offers
- Partner with design and content on ad creative, landing pages, and conversion flows
- Report on the metrics that matter: pipeline, MQL to SQL, CAC, ROAS, payback
- Growth hacking and organic experiments
- Run organic growth plays where our buyers actually hang out: Reddit, LinkedIn, industry forums, construction communities, Slack/Discord groups
- Identify and test new acquisition channels before competitors touch them
- Set up experiment cycles with clear hypotheses, sample sizes, and kill criteria
- Build lightweight automations and workflows to scale what works
- Find creative wedges into the construction market that traditional B2B playbooks miss
Ways of working:
- Move fast: ship experiments weekly, kill losers quickly, double down on winners
- Own the full loop: hypothesis, execution, measurement, decision
- Bring numbers to every conversation, but stay creative on the input side
- Manage your own priorities and deliver without hand-holding
- What we're looking for
- Proven experience running paid channels for a B2B SaaS company (this is a must, not a nice-to-have)
- Track record of shipping growth experiments outside of paid, especially community-led plays like Reddit organic
- Strong analytical instincts: you can build a funnel, size an opportunity, and read attribution honestly
- Comfortable across the full paid stack (Google, LinkedIn, Meta, Reddit) and modern attribution setups
- Self-starter who spots an untested channel and just runs the experiment
- Bias for speed on tests, and for polish on the things that scale
- Fluent English
- Fully remote
Tools:
- Google Ads, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Meta Ads Manager, Reddit Ads
- HubSpot (or similar) for lifecycle, attribution, and pipeline reporting
- GA4, Mixpanel, or similar for funnel analytics
- Ahrefs or similar for SEO and organic opportunity mapping
- Zapier, n8n, or similar for lightweight growth automation
- AI tools for ad copy, creative variants, and audience research
Nice to have:
- Experience marketing to construction, trades, or other non-tech industries
- Product-led growth experience or work on self-serve funnels
- Direct experience running a Reddit organic strategy at scale
- Familiarity with ABM motions and outbound-adjacent growth tactics
