Experience & Background
- Minimum 1 year of experience in digital paid media, either in agency or in-house setting
- Hands-on experience running campaigns on at least 2–3 major platforms (Meta Ads, Google Ads, TikTok Ads)
- Familiarity with digital marketing funnel from awareness (upper funnel) down to conversion (lower funnel)
Technical Skills
- Working knowledge of major ad platforms: Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, TikTok Ads Manager
- Basic understanding of programmatic advertising concepts (DSP, SSP, audience targeting) — experience with DV360 or TTD is a plus
- Comfortable reading and interpreting campaign data: CTR, CPM, CPC, ROAS, CPA, etc.
- Familiarity with tracking tools such as MMPs (AppsFlyer, Adjust) or pixel-based tracking is a plus
Soft Skills
- Detail-oriented with a structured working style
- Strong communication skills able to coordinate with internal teams and external partners
- Proactive in flagging issues and suggesting optimizations
- Able to manage multiple tasks and campaigns simultaneously under tight deadlines
What You'll Do Campaign Execution
- Set up, manage, and monitor paid media campaigns across digital channels (Meta, Google, TikTok, and/or programmatic platforms when needed) in accordance with client briefs and KPIs.
- Ensure campaigns are launched on time, within budget, and aligned to targeting strategy
- Optimization & Reporting
- Monitor daily campaign performance and flag anomalies or underperformance to senior team members
- Assist in making optimization decisions bid adjustments, audience refinements, creative rotation, placement testing
- Compile regular performance reports (weekly/monthly) with clear metrics and basic insights
- Coordination & Support
- Liaise with media vendors, publishers, and ad networks for trafficking, placements, and performance follow-ups
- Support in the strategy development and media planning
- Coordinate with creative team to ensure ad assets meet platform specs and go live on schedule
- Administrative
- Maintain campaign trackers, budget pacing sheets, and documentation
- Support in post-campaign analysis and presentation preparation
