Korean Intrepreter

We are seeking a candidate with strong Korean language skills to facilitate communication between the Indonesian and Korean teams and assist with the company's administrative tasks.

Qualifications :

• Associate's or Bachelor's Degree in Korean Literature (preferred)

• Possess a TOPIK Korean Language Certification of at least Level 4 or higher (required)

• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Korean Interpreter/Translator (experience in the manufacturing sector is preferred)

• Good understanding of technical and construction terminology to ensure accurate translation

• Able to communicate effectively in Korean, both verbally and in writing

• Meticulous, disciplined, responsible, and able to maintain the confidentiality of company information

• Able to work independently as well as in a team

• Possess strong communication, coordination, and time management skills
  

Key Responsibilities / Job Description

• Translate orally and in writing for superiors and team needs.

• Serve as an interpreter (Korean–Indonesian and vice versa) during meetings, discussions, and daily interactions, facilitating communication between Korean management and local employees or partners.

• Translate documents, emails, reports, and work materials between Korean and Indonesian.

• Assist other departments with Korean-to-Indonesian translation tasks when required.

• Prepare meeting minutes, reports, and correspondence, and manage company documentation.

• Coordinate with all departments to ensure smooth communication and the successful completion of tasks.

• Perform administrative duties and other tasks assigned by superiors in accordance with company needs.
