About The Company:
The working venue is in Cikarang.
Our client is a Japanese Manufacture company. Currently, they are looking for Japanese Interpreter GA.
Job Responsibilities:
Provide Japanese ↔ Bahasa Indonesia interpretation during meetings, business discussions, and daily operations
Prepare and translate business emails and correspondence between Japanese and Indonesian
Translate business documents, reports, announcements, procedures, and other materials as required
Coordinate with GA-related vendors and maintain good business relationships to ensure smooth service delivery
Coordinate company insurance administration and maintain relevant documentation
Support and coordinate native Japanese work permit and immigration administration
Monitor document validity, renewal schedules, and other administrative requirements for foreign workers
Other tasks as assigned
Job Requirements:
Bachelor's degree from any major
Business level of Japanese (Own N2) and conversational of English
Have 2 years of experience as Interpreter, GA, HRGA in Japanese manufacturing companies
Have experience working with Japanese foreign worker / management
Proficient in Microsoft Office
Strong communication, coordination, interpersonal skills and good understanding of Japanese business culture and working etiquette
