Konselor Siap Kuliah

1. Conduct post-secondary education counseling sessions (online and offline) to support students in planning their academic and career pathways.
2. Develop comprehensive student profiles based on assessment results, aspirations, portfolios, academic background, and other relevant information.
3. Provide personalized recommendations on higher education pathways, including universities, majors, scholarships, courses, certifications, and admission requirements, supported by student profiling and research.
4. Design individualized learning plans and Individual Education Programs (IEPs) tailored to each student's goals and development needs.
5. Contribute to the development and continuous improvement of Siap Kuliah's learning and counseling programs.

1. Master's degree in Psychology, preferably with a Professional Psychology qualification and a valid SIPP (Surat Izin Praktik Psikologi).
2. Minimum 2 years of experience in career counseling, college admissions advising, educational consulting, or adolescent counseling.
3. Strong English proficiency, both written and spoken.
4. Able to conduct counseling sessions in English.
5. Strong research skills with attention to detail, particularly in gathering and analyzing educational information.
6. Interested in supporting students with special educational needs, particularly neurodivergent learners.
7. Experience participating in international education programs (formal or non-formal) is a plus.
8. Based in or willing to work within the Greater Jakarta area (Jabodetabek).
