Barista (BSD Placement, Third party Contract)

Key Responsibilities

·         Expertly makes coffees, teas, and customized specialty beverages tailored to the diverse preferences of our international clientele.

·         Act as a welcoming point of contact for overseas patients, ensuring they feel comfortable and cared for during their clinic visits.

·         Provide attentive, culturally respectful customer service, answering basic inquiries about the beverage menu and the facility.

·         Operate coffee brewing equipment and espresso machines safely while maintaining the highest standards of hygiene and cleanliness in the coffee bar area.

·         Manage inventory for the beverage station, ensuring a consistent supply of premium ingredients.

Qualifications & Requirements

·         Experience: Minimum 3 years of working experience as a coffee barista. A strong background in customer service is required; can be cafe, restaurant experience (experience in premium or international-facing venues is a strong plus).

·         Employment Terms: Willing to be employed under a contract through a third-party outsourcing agency.

·         Location: Must currently reside in or around the BSD, Tangerang area.

·         Language Skills: Can speak basic English confidently. Must be comfortable greeting, taking orders, and engaging in light conversation with international patients.

·         Technical Skills: Proficient in operating espresso machines, with a good understanding of coffee extraction, milk frothing, and latte art techniques.

·         Attitude: Empathetic, polished, and highly professional, with an understanding of the sensitive nature of a healthcare environment.

·         Adaptability: Able to maintain a calm and friendly demeanor when communicating across language barriers and serving guests from diverse cultural backgrounds.
