IT Security & Infrastructure Specialist (IAM, Infrastructure & SOC) - Surabaya

Job Description

We are hiring for multiple positions across Identity Protection, Infrastructure Protection, and Security Operations Center (SOC).

Available Areas:

1. Identity Protection (IAM/PAM)

2. Infrastructure Protection

3. Security Operation Center (SOC)

1. Identity Protection / IAM & PAM

Responsibilities:

• Manage and support Identity & Access Management (IAM) and Privileged Access Management (PAM) activities.

• Manage privileged accounts, access rights, and authorization.

• Support key management and access security processes.

• Monitor and analyze privileged access activities and potential security threats.

• Support implementation and maintenance of identity security controls.

Requirements:

• Minimum 1–2 years of experience in IAM, PAM, Identity Security, or Information Security.

• Have knowledge of Key Management and access control.

• Have experience or knowledge in Privileged Access Management (PAM).

• Familiar with tools such as CyberArk, BeyondTrust, Delinea, or similar solutions is a plus.

• Understanding of identity security, privileged account management, and access monitoring.

2. Infrastructure Protection

Responsibilities:

• Perform security monitoring and protection of IT infrastructure, including servers, PCs, laptops, and mobile endpoints.

• Perform patching and vulnerability remediation on infrastructure.

• Implement and maintain server hardening based on security standards and policies.

• Support endpoint security and configuration management.

• Identify and remediate infrastructure security risks and vulnerabilities.

• Maintain security compliance and documentation related to infrastructure protection.

Requirements:

• Minimum 1–2 years of experience in IT Infrastructure, System Administration, Infrastructure Security, or Endpoint Security.

• Good knowledge of Windows/Linux Server administration.

• Have hands-on experience in patch management and server hardening.

• Familiar with endpoint security for PC, laptop, and mobile devices.

• Familiar with tools such as Microsoft Intune, SCCM/MECM, EDR/XDR, vulnerability management tools, or similar solutions is a plus.

• Understanding of vulnerability remediation and infrastructure security best practices.

3. Security Operation Center (SOC)

Responsibilities:

• Perform 24/7 security and infrastructure monitoring through SOC monitoring tools.

• Monitor alerts, events, and system conditions and perform initial analysis.

• Handle and escalate incidents according to established procedures.

• Provide first-level support for security or infrastructure-related issues.

• Coordinate with relevant teams for incident resolution and follow-up.

• Maintain monitoring records, tickets, and operational reports.

Requirements:

• Minimum 1–2 years of experience in SOC, NOC, IT Monitoring, IT Helpdesk, IT Support, or IT Operations.

• Have experience in system/network/security monitoring.

• Good understanding of IT troubleshooting and incident handling.

• Familiar with SIEM, monitoring tools, ticketing systems, or similar tools is a plus.

• Willing to work in shift-based operations, including weekends/public holidays if required.

• Good communication and problem-solving skills.
