We are seeking motivated, quality-driven Hiring Partners who specialize in sourcing and want to work remotely, on flexible terms, and with impactful roles.

This opportunity is perfect if you:

✅ Have recruitment or sourcing experience (agency, freelance, or in-house)

✅ Are passionate about identifying top talent

✅ Prefer to focus on sourcing only, not full-cycle

✅ Are looking for a scalable recruitment career

Your Responsibilities

  • Source qualified candidates for low-mid-to-senior and executive roles
  • Review profiles and submit Qualified CVs that meet client standards
  • Collaborate with Delivery Managers to understand each role’s needs
  • Use sourcing platforms (LinkedIn, Boolean search, social media, etc.)
  • Track progress using our recommended tools (Google Sheets, Google Forms, etc.)
  • Learn and improve through our 101 Recruitment Hacks training series
