Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree (S1) from any major. Degrees in Marketing, Management, Communication, Business Administration, or related fields are preferred.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Business Development, Corporate Sales, B2B Sales, Retail Expansion, Leasing, Key Account Management, or other client-facing commercial roles. Experience in shopping malls, commercial property, retail, or related industries is an advantage.
- Passionate about the retail and shopping mall industry, with a strong interest in retail brands, consumer trends, and commercial developments.
- Professional, confident, well-groomed, and able to represent the company professionally when interacting with business owners, directors, and senior decision-makers.
- Hunter mindset with strong business development, networking, negotiation, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proactive in identifying, approaching, and developing relationships with prospective tenants and business partners.
- Target-oriented, resilient, self-motivated, and eager to achieve outstanding results.
- Able to work independently as well as collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Comfortable using Microsoft Office for presentations, reports, and basic data management.
- Good command of English for business communication. Proficiency in Mandarin is an advantage.
- Willing to travel for client meetings, market surveys, site visits, networking events, and business development activities.
- Willing to be based in BSD City, South Tangerang.
Key Responsibilities
- Market and lease commercial spaces to achieve occupancy and revenue targets.
- Identify, approach, and develop relationships with prospective tenants across various industries, including retail, F&B, fashion, lifestyle, entertainment, education, healthcare, and other commercial businesses.
- Conduct business presentations, prepare leasing proposals, negotiate commercial terms, and manage the leasing process through to contract execution.
- Expand the company's network by developing new business opportunities and building relationships with business owners and key decision-makers.
- Conduct market surveys, competitor analysis, and identify emerging retail trends to support leasing strategies.
- Maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing tenants to establish long-term partnerships.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure a smooth leasing process and timely completion of documentation.
- Prepare regular reports on leasing activities, tenant pipeline, occupancy status, and target achievements.
- Participate in networking events, exhibitions, and business forums to generate new leasing opportunities.
