Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Brand Strategist, Marketing Strategist within the beauty industry.
- Excellent English communication skills with strong business etiquette and responsiveness.
- Passionate about the beauty industry with solid industry knowledge and experience.
- Experienced in identifying, curating, and evaluating new brands and products through market analysis.
- Strong ability to develop brand positioning and long-term brand strategies based on market trends.
- Capable of conducting ongoing market research to identify emerging branding, marketing, and consumer behavior trends.
- Proficiency in Korean is an advantage.
- Excellent communication, analytical thinking, creativity, and interpersonal skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze market conditions, competitor activities, and consumer trends.
- Develop and implement effective brand strategies to achieve business objectives.
- Communicate and coordinate with headquarters and external stakeholders.
- Monitor brand performance and evaluate the effectiveness of marketing campaigns.
- Prepare and present weekly and monthly sales and performance reports.
- Oversee the planning and execution of marketing initiatives to enhance brand awareness, engagement, and customer loyalty.
- Research, identify, approach, and build relationships with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs), influencers, and strategic partners to support brand growth and marketing initiatives.
