Casual Leasing Supervisor

Job Requirements:

• Min. Bachelor's Degree in Communication, Management, Business, or any related field.

• Min. 2 years of experience as Casual Leasing Supervisor in Mall Management, Exhibition, Event Organizer, or related roles.

• Good understanding of mall industry trends, exhibition activities, and commercial event concepts.

• Strong communication, negotiation, coordination, and relationship-building skills.

• Able to identify and evaluate prospective exhibitors, brands, Exhibition Organizers, and collaborators.

• Able to manage exhibition operations, prepare reports and budgeting, and coordinate with internal and external stakeholders.

• Pleasant personality, service-oriented, collaborative, and able to work effectively in a dynamic environment.

• Willing to be placed at K Mall (Central Jakarta).

Job Responsibilities:

• Plan, execute, and evaluate Casual Leasing activities to achieve mall revenue targets.

• Identify, approach, and curate prospective exhibitors, brands, Exhibition Organizers, and collaborators aligned with the mall’s concept and positioning.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with tenants, prospective tenants, exhibitors, brands, and collaborators.

• Coordinate and monitor exhibition activities, including operational requirements, exhibition area setup, and loading/unloading activities.

• Ensure exhibition areas comply with approved layouts, agreements, management standards, and established SOPs.

• Prepare Casual Leasing reports, including budgeting, documentation, tenant activities, and revenue-sharing data.

• Coordinate with relevant departments to ensure smooth operations and develop relevant programs to increase mall traffic and support tenant sales.
