We are looking for a warm, well-presented, and service-minded Guest Relations Officer to join our restaurant family.
Responsibilities:
Welcome guests warmly and professionally upon arrival
Manage reservations and guest flow
Assist guests with inquiries, special requests
Build guest database and reservation records
Ensure guests receive attentive and gracious service throughout their visit
Communicating restaurant programs to guests
Help create a smooth, elegant, and memorable dining experience
Requirements:
Previous experience as GRO, hostess, receptionist, or in hospitality is preferred
Well-presented with a warm and pleasant personality
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus
Service-minded, attentive, and detail-oriented
Able to handle guests professionally and calmly
Able to work in a fast-paced restaurant environment
Flexible to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays
Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Communications, Public Relations, or related field preferred
