Job Description:
Business Performance Analysis
Analyze revenue, profit, margin, and cost structure
Identify key drivers of business performance increases and decreases
Generate data-driven business insights
Formulate strategic recommendations for the Board of Directors
Market & Competitor Analysis
Conduct market research and competitive intelligence
Analyze industry trends in logistics, supply chain, and freight forwarding
Identify market threats and opportunities
Benchmark company performance against competitors
Executive Reporting
Prepare monthly and quarterly reports for the Board of Directors
Deliver data-driven strategic recommendations
Develop presentation materials for Board Meetings
Business Development Support
Support the Sales team in developing sales strategies
Develop pricing strategies
Identify opportunities for service and regional expansion
Assist in preparing strategic business proposals
Job Requirement:
Bachelor's degree in any major
Minimum of 3 years of experience in the logistics or supply chain sector
Solid knowledge of freight forwarding, EMKL/Trucking, Export-Import, Ocean Freight (OFT), and Air Freight (AFT) is highly preferred
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
Proven leadership qualities with a strong sense of initiative
Fluent in English, both verbal and written
Willingness to travel as required
Possess a valid driver's license (SIM A)
Willing to be placed in Bekasi (KHI)
