We are looking for a detail-oriented Medical Representative to support insurance administration and claims processes for our clients. In this role, you will manage end-to-end insurance administration, assist clients through the claims submission process, and act as a key liaison between HR, customers, and Third-Party Administrators (TPA) to ensure smooth service delivery.
This role is ideal for candidates with a healthcare background (Nursing, Midwifery, or Public Health) who are looking to apply their skills in an administrative and coordination-focused capacity within the insurance industry.
Qualifications:
Diploma (D3) or Bachelor's (S1) degree in Nursing, Midwifery, or Public Health
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SPSS)
Strong communication skills
Excellent team player
Solid administrative skills
Job Description:
Handle insurance administration for clients
