Qualifications & experience
Bachelor degree or higher in Architecture
Skilled in autocad, sketch up, 3D image/vray, powerpoint, photoshop
Knowledgeable in project management, project construction, structure, interior, mechanical, electrical, plumbing, work drawing, BOQ
Team player, attention to details, multi tasking ability, energetic are highly required
Minimum 2 years experience in the same field
Tasks & responsibilities
Reviewing tenant's drawings
Preparing and making sure tenant's leased area is ready; not limited to survey and making sure infra structure & utility function properly prior handing over to tenant
Monitoring all work progress finishes as per schedule to avoid delay
Coordinating with related departments in regards to lessee/tenant's administration requirements before and after leased area is operated
Responsible for leased area condition after surrender process and before handing over to new tenant
Responsible for schedule of partial and final commissioning tests with internal and external parties
Responsible for the process of data gathering in regards to WOR
Responsible for the eligibility of tenant's shop opening
Responsible for checklist and minutes of surrender / handing over / renovation with tenant
Monthly progress report to GM
