DMC Product, Quote & Reservation Staff

Are you a detail-oriented travel professional who loves turning dream itineraries into reality? Join our team as a DMC Product, Quote & Reservation Specialist. In this role, you will act as the vital bridge between local suppliers and international travel agents. You will own the entire lifecycle of our travel products by designing bespoke itineraries, calculating precise pricing, and managing seamless bookings. 

Key Responsibilities:

• Managing end-to-end reservations for clients' travel arrangements.

• Resolving on-the-ground booking changes and emergencies quickly.

• Updating the internal booking system with accurate reservation statuses.

• Communicating with suppliers effectively and monitoring their performance to ensure high service standards.

• Negotiating competitive contract rates with hotels, guides, and transport vendors.

• Creating profitable, itemised costings for complex travel routes and itineraries.

• Assisting the sales team with necessary information regarding travel destinations and logistical expertise.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Indonesian citizen with at least 3 years of experience in handling reservations and customer service. Experience in the travel industry is a plus.

• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

• The ability to sell products and services effectively.

• Experience in conducting training activities.

• Attention to detail and strong organisational skills.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

• Professional proficiency in English.

• Good knowledge of travel destinations across Indonesia.
