Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.
Minimum 3 years of experience as a System Analyst, Business Analyst, or Technical Analyst.
Experience in enterprise application development.
Experience with HRIS, ERP, or other enterprise systems is highly preferred.
Strong understanding of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
Experience creating Functional Specification Documents (FSD) and Technical Specification Documents (TSD).
Good understanding of database design and SQL.
Familiar with REST API concepts and system integration.
Responsibilities
Analyze and validate business requirements from Product, Implementation, and internal stakeholders.
Translate business requirements into comprehensive Functional Specification Documents (FSD).
Design scalable and maintainable system solutions aligned with product architecture.
Prepare Technical Specification Documents (TSD), API specifications, business rules, and process flows.
Design database structures, including tables, views, functions, and stored procedures.
Collaborate with Software Engineers and QA to ensure clear understanding before development begins.
Support testing activities by clarifying requirements and validating delivered solutions.
Assess the impact of change requests and maintain proper documentation.
Recommend system improvements to enhance product quality and user experience
