  • Term of Contract: 12 months contract (renewable)

  • Working Hours: 5 days per week, 8 hours per day

  • Working location: Home-based within the respective country (Thailand / Philippines / Vietnam / India / Indonesia) with frequent customer visits and business travel.


About the role

We are seeking a Sales Manager to join the Corelle Brands. This is a contract position designed to drive new business development and expand our market presence in Indonesia. As Sales Manager, you will be responsible for identifying and cultivating new business opportunities, building strategic partnerships.

What you'll be doing

  1. ●Identify and develop new distributors, retailers, and business partners in the local market.

    ●Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing customers through regular communication and business reviews.

    ●Achieve assigned sales targets and execute sales strategies.

    ●Conduct market research and analyze competitors, pricing, and industry trends.

    ●Coordinate product launches, promotions, and marketing activities with local customers.

    ●Prepare quotations, negotiate commercial terms, and follow up on purchase orders and deliveries.

    ●Coordinate with internal departments (Sales, Supply Chain, Marketing, Finance, etc.) to ensure smooth business operations.

    ●Prepare weekly and monthly sales reports and provide business updates to the Korea regional headquarters.

    ●Handle customer issues, claims, and other business-related matters in the local market.

    ●Represent the company at customer meetings, exhibitions, and business events.

    ●Perform other sales and business-related duties as assigned by the Regional Headquarters.


What we're looking for

  1. Minimum over one years of sales, business development, or key account management experience, preferably in consumer goods, FMCG, kitchenware, housewares, or related industries. Experience in distributor management and B2B sales is highly preferred.

  2. Applicants must be fluent in both English and the local language, as proficiency in both is mandatory for this position. Korean language ability will be considered a plus.

  3. ●Strong sales and negotiation skills

    ●Business development capability

    ●Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

    ●Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)

    ●Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks

    ●Valid driver's license (preferred)
