Our Group in Multifinance Industry is looking for Regional Sales Manager with details:
Key Responsibilities:
1. Regional Business Development & Management
● Develop and execute regional business strategies for offline consumer finance, including POS channel development, merchant partnerships, and product implementation.
● Continuously expand local offline consumer scenarios (mobile phones, electronics, home appliances, motorcycles, furniture, etc.) to drive business growth.
● Monitor regional market competition and provide actionable optimization and growth proposals.
● Manage regional budget planning and cost control.
2. Team Leadership & Organization Development
● Manage the regional sales team, including City Managers (CM), Sales Managers (SM), and Sales Consultants (SC), with a total team size of over 100 people.
● Support recruitment, training, performance management, and ensure team stability and productivity improvement.
● Supervise team compliance with SOPs, business rules, and risk control requirements.
● Design and implement incentive programs to improve sales efficiency and business penetration.
3. Channel Risk Management
● Oversee risk control execution within the region, including merchant onboarding, abnormal order monitoring, and fraud detection.
● Conduct regular reviews of high-risk cities or stores and formulate corrective action plans.
● Collaborate with Fraud Prevention and Risk teams to ensure healthy and compliant business development.
4. Partnership Management
● Maintain strong relationships with major regional partners, including key brands, chain stores, and strategic channels.
● Drive joint marketing campaigns, pilot programs, and business cooperation initiatives.
● Handle key partner negotiations, major issue escalation, and complaint resolution.
5. Data Monitoring & Reporting
● Track daily, weekly, and monthly business KPIs.
● Prepare regional reports covering sales performance, risk performance, and team productivity.
● Report directly to the National Sales Director / Business Head.
Job Requirements:
1. Experience
● Minimum 3 years of experience in offline consumer finance or mobile phone/consumer electronics retail industry (required).
● Experience managing a sales team of over 100 members, including organizational setup, performance management, and training.
● Strong understanding of offline consumer scenarios with solid channel/merchant resources (mobile phones, 3C, motorcycles, furniture, retail chains, etc.).
● Prefer candidates with experience in the following companies or roles:
a. Mobile brands, Consumer finance companies (multifinance)
b. Former Regional Sales Manager (RSM) / Region Manager
2. Competencies
● Strong business development capability and market insight.
● Outstanding leadership, team management, coordination, and cross-functional communication skills.
● Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving skills, and goal-oriented mindset.
● Able to handle frequent business travel and a fast-paced, high-pressure working environment.
3. Language
● English but Chinese proficiency preferred.
4. Education
● Bachelor’s degree or above; majors in Marketing, Management, or related fields are preferred.
5. Work Placement
● You will work at QC in South Jakarta for 1 Quarter or more then relocate to Sumatera area
